By accessing or using The Liar's Gate, you affirm that you are at least 17 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the application.
MegaWatt Studios, LLC retains full copyright over all outputs generated by or within The Liar's Gate, including but not limited to generated narrative text, NPC dialogue, generated images, arena state descriptions, and any other surfaced content. Players receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view such outputs solely during normal gameplay. No ownership, redistribution, or derivative-work rights are granted to the player.
In the interest of maintaining the integrity of the game experience, you agree not to publicly share, post, stream, screenshot, transcribe, or otherwise disseminate exploits, defects, bugs, glitches, problems, vulnerabilities, or other material that places the game in a negative light without prior written permission from MegaWatt Studios, LLC. This clause does not restrict private, good-faith communication of such issues directly to MegaWatt Studios, LLC via support@liarsgate.com.
You acknowledge that a substantial portion of the game's output is produced in real time by large language models and other generative AI technologies. These outputs are non-deterministic and may occasionally be inaccurate, offensive, distasteful, inappropriate, or otherwise unexpected despite our best efforts and safeguards. While MegaWatt Studios, LLC makes good-faith efforts to tune and moderate these models, you agree to use the game at your own discretion and risk. Reports of specific outputs warranting further tuning should be sent to support@liarsgate.com.
The Liar's Gate is recommended for players aged 17 and older. Given the AI-generated nature of the content (as described in Section 4), the game may surface themes, language, or imagery not suitable for younger audiences. All players must affirm they meet this age requirement before engaging in play.
MegaWatt Studios, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
