By accessing or using The Chimera Gate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. User Conduct

The Chimera Gate relies on generative AI models to create living worlds. While interacting with our multiplayer and AI environments, you agree to conduct yourself appropriately. You must not use the application to:

Generate, upload, or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or otherwise malicious.
Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure.
Impersonate other users or staff.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

The game mechanics, original art assets, code, and brand elements of The Chimera Gate are our property. Content generated by the AI during your gameplay remains subject to the licensing terms of the respective underlying AI modules.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Chimera Gate is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any interruptions in service, data loss, or any damages arising from your use of the application.

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the game (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.
